i've always loved that old crystal waters song 'gipsy woman', so i decided to do a rap version of the instrumentals. to see how it'd sound with vocals, i decided to layer regulate on top of it. i don't think i'll ever finish this, as it was more an experiment. might re-use the instrumentals in something else...

i really, REALLY like bass-y and percussion-y songs, and i've never done a rap/hip-hop song before (at least well ^_^;;) so i decided to take kool and the gang's jungle boogie and try to modernize it... here's the instrumental version... i'll probably modify it a little but not much. the next step is to add lyrics to it... download here

i looooove the sound of cool/lounge music, and what better song to remix in this style than costa del sol from ff7? i added a bossa nova twist to it. this is an exceptionally hard style to mix for me, so it'll probably be some time before i can finish it...

i had just finished two other xenogear remixes for big pete naccarato's radio show, and decided to start a harder remix... i lost inspiration half-way through and stopped around here... i'll probably resume the project sometime in the future
